It's exactly that toxic relationship that has destroyed WoW. The constant criticism led to people quitting or not working there and the ones who remained no longer wanted to listen to their customers because they are always nasty. Ignoring their customers then destroyed the game. We don't want to do that here.
I would agree that it isn't necessary to be rude if someone has a complaint regarding the de team - except that the forum posts are typically not "rude" no "nasty" here, there's not need for hyperbole. There are literally hundreds of well thought out, constructive, and valid discussions that have been ignored. Note that I am not saying that every post should be acquiesced to - I am simply stating that there has been little or no acknowledgment that the feedback would even be considered.
