    Apparently the Steam Summer Sale started and their servers are currently having a long spasm as it tries to sort through all the purchases that people are making.

    likely whats happening is the steam authentication that's required for steam tethered accounts isn't being processed by their servers which boots out the error to our detriment.

    if only we had a way to log in without opening steam, pity that was recently made impossible
