*If you remove someone from your friend list, you are also removed from theirs at the same time.

*Allow setting a specific hairstyle with glamour plates. PLEASE

*Give the option to skip the Retainer greeting/departing message each time you use one

*Streamline the menus / confirmation windows scattered throughout the game

*Give alts full access to already-owned houses

*Make cash-shop items account bound

*Make all gear dyeable

Ability to put all cash shop glamour items into the armory. None of that stuff should require any glamour dresser space. You should also be able to recover it from the Calamity Salvager in the event you accidentally delete it.

Add voice over for every male and female character NPC. Have 1 or 2 actors and actresses voice them. I tend to enjoy the lore and not skip when a NPC is voiced. Even if it’s the same voice for every male NPC. Guild Wars 2 did a great job with this and I enjoy it a lot.

Cash shop gear should go in the Armoire. It should also be possible to gender swap cash shop gear if a matching set exists.

Interface and system jank. Eg, unable to check fc list while in a duty, cant tell in a duty. Cant do anything with retainers while waiting for a duty to assemble. Little things like that, except they're everywhere
