An option to apply decisions to all loot items would be a plus. Having to go through each one to decide whether to pass, need or greed gets old fast.

To add to this: Please make us auto decline an item if we can't get it. Why do i need to try to roll for an item so the game can show me an error that i can't more of this personal gear?

Add an option to automatically skip every cutscene in the game. Not just previously viewed cutscenes, but ALL cutscenes.

UI and & subtitles localisation for additional languages. At least Spanish, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese. It doesn't need voice acting.

This is one of the biggest MMOs in the world but the lack of some languages is baffling.
Guild Wars 2 has Spanish, ESO added Russian last year, and is adding Chinese later this year.
BDO has Turkish servers. Even Swords of Legends by Gameforge got a Russian translation and that is DOA.

Sorry not sorry, spamming Esc to get rid of this crap while leveling an alt is hell. It's unresponsive and there's a confimation prompt every time. New Game + is for when I actually want to rewatch the story.

Oh, here's a newer one that's been bugging me. I want to be able to completely mute Crystalline Conflict quick-chats. It's not as if we can properly communicate in the first place, and all that does is make annoying sound effects keep pinging every time someone hits one of the buttons. Even if I were willing to put up with the annoyance of changing the log settings to remove party chat when I'm going to do CC and turn it back on after, I suspect the sounds will still happen anyway.

See, it's a marketing scam to make you waste time skipping cutscenes and having to go through unskippable sequences. This will slowly but surely pile up on the month you paid for and have to rely on resubbing to continue the experience!

...and we will be back to the days of players kicking and abusing new players in Prae and Castrum, no thanks. Those cutscenes are unskippable for good reason.

Add more FC rank rewards. We have perks/actions up to Rank 20 and then nothing else even though FC go up till Rank 30. So after 20 that's 10 levels (ranks) with no further rank reward. :'-/
