what Quality of life improvements do you want?

There are a few QOL that i can thing of that will make life easer

1) for gathering. make it so you can see the items that you will unlock with the folklore. so you can see if you want to go after that book. and in which order you might want to get it..

2) make it so you can see what you need to do to unlock said book from the gathering log menu

3) make it so when your in the gathering log you can do a spot check to see if you have a item

For the return of old skills as low level versions of existing skills to make the leveling experience better.

Also, DRG to have their complete AoE combo by level 50 instead of 72.

Before the whole "Death to all 3rd party tools" there was a few that were nice to have. One would rotate your combo actions to decrease button bloat, another would highlight a name in red if they have something you can Esuna off, and the 3rd would highlight a person in green if they are dead yet someone is actively trying to rez them so you know to focus on something else.

Didn't MNK get exactly this in EW with Howling Fist and someting else? I don't really play MNK but I think I saw mention of it. Regardless though, yes I completely support this, jobs shouldn't take until the 70s to start being interesting.

for number 3, I have to ask, do you even gather? they show up with a check mark so you know if you have gathered it or not. you can right click and search your retainers to see if you have any.
