When is PLD Getting Fixed So It Can Be a VIABLE Tank?

My fullgeared DPS WAR does 30-40% (on Misser/Coin respectively) more than my fully tank gear PLD. No, my WAR wasn't holding back because of position, i literally spam everything and eat DPS food. PLD is definitely a winner in Chimera however.

I believe this patch has made both jobs acceptable, both are in about the same level, not one is better than another, both has pro and cons, there is no big difference when it times to clearing dungeons speed.

Although, i really want to see what a fully DPS geared PLD can do. Time to work on triple MND headgear, maybe i will get really close to my WAR's DPS.

I wonder if this principal works on other "tank" bosses like Ifrit aswell?

Also, I been looking into the whole dps thing too. Maybe 350 STR 310 MND?

What principal? If you mean DPS wise, PLD would be better or around same DPS wise for Ifrit because he have around the same defense as Chimera.

Yes it is 350STR 310MND for Ifrit's Blade, nobody has established the cap for Garuda's Gaze however. But, it is deifnitely higher.
