There should not be a loading screen into the house. It should just open and you walk in from the housing area. To have a loading screen is to have instance housing and we cannot have that. Ruins the game.

The housing area should also not be instanced. I should be able to walk from Uldah into the Goblet without seeing any loading screens.

Let truly make this the immersive experience with a clear feeling of neighborhood that the devs and so many other players claim they want!
Jokes aside or whatever, you should check out Black Desert if that's the kind of thing you want. The actual game is in shambles and the community has mostly quit, but you can try it for like a dollar on Steam and it has a seamless open world that feels great if you're playing it on a solid state drive. And the houses are within the actual towns, so there'll be a building in town that you walk past every day when you're in this town, and you go up to the door and select the house you want (here it's admittedly instanced, so that everyone who wants a home can have one) and once you select it the door swings open and you walk in with no loading screen at all. You can even open the windows once you're inside and see city life outside the home continuing while you're indoors. It's one of the few things I miss about that game. That and the combat. I'd never go back though. The rest of it was horrid.
