    Name change locking me out of account

    So, I logged out directly from Bozja in order to use a name change that I just bought. This was while I was using the world visit service. Now, since I logged out from an instance out on a world that's not my home world after buying a name change, the game is contradicting itself when I try to login.

    I need to go back to my home world to change my character name, which is required to log in, but I logged out from an instance, so I can't go back to my home world. Support FAQ says I need to log in and leave the instance in order to go back home. But, as I said, a name change is required to login in the first place so obviously I can't do that. I've been dealing with this for a solid two hours and I'm worried that I've been completely locked out of my main.

    Anyone else ever have a similar issue, and if so, how did you and/or support manage to solve it?

    When attempting to log in, do you get an error message? Or does the game just kick you out?
