Hit level 30 in a preferred server

Hi all so I got to level 30 in a preferred server or whatever and I still haven't gotten my 15 days of free playtime yet, and no gil either, any help?

You only get the freebies once per service account per data centte

The 15 free days is actually just once per service account (not per data centre), so you can only ever get it one time:

Character Creation Bonuses on Preferred Worlds

Bonus for characters created during bonus period that attain level 30 in any class

Gift of 15 days of free play time（*1）

*1　Limited to once per service account when creating a new character on either a new or Preferred World. When requirements for the free play time bonus are met, 15 days of play time will be added to your account upon changing areas or your next log in. In the event the Square Enix Account Management System is under maintenance, another attempt to add play time to your account will be made after twenty four hours. A notification will be sent to the e-mail address registered to your Square Enix account when play time has been successfully added.

You also don't get Gil for creating on a preferred server, that's for new worlds only (although that one can be repeated, but is still limited to once per data centre per service account)
