Remove the FC and Personal Housing Ward Split

Just open it after a few rounds of lottery if no FC is interested

This would be a good way to guarantee houses for FCs in the future as well. When a house becomes available, only let FCs bid on it for one cycle. If there were no bids, open it to everyone.

It's hard to build a new fc without a house so I think allowing them first dibs without locking out private owners would be a good compromise.

I know a few people mainly housing enthousiasts that have created 4 people(alts) FC's to be able to buy FC houses.
I don't mind personally and they make wards look nicer *mostly*, but I am saying that the new system is absolute garbage xD

Just adding my +1 to this, hoping they'll release the few remaining houses out to everyone else soon or at least talk about it in the next upcoming stream. Like, its alright, you won, every large and medium went to FCs, we get it, ok now let the sprouts or whoever else take up the smalls that the FCs for whatever reason think they're too good for. Thanks!

I think that was their intent: let FCs get their houses, let people switch out to Empyreum and then things would open up, so people could get the smaller houses that remained. They didn't say it as such, but they made sure we knew these settings could be flipped as they monitored usage. We've had a few good rounds after the initial glitch was resolved. Things should change soon.

It's been long enough on the 75-25 split of ward allocation. The Empyreum FC wards have the vast majority of small plots and a noticeable amount of medium plots still available (on Lich anyway). Any vacant plots in the FC wards of existing districts have been vacant ever since they were vacated.

This split can end now, all the actual FCs got a house and there's an uptick in small FCs that are basically just solo players getting a housings (I know multiple people that started FCs to get houses and then removed the members afterwards).

If it takes an emergency maintenance to change the allocation, then do it, don't hold it for an actual patch like 6.18 (or w/e DC travel is) or even all the way to 6.2.

Yes...and by now, all legitimate FCs who wanted a house would have gotten one by now seeing that there's are still hundreds of untaken plots in Empyreum FC wards?

Then why not open up the FC wards for private bidders seeing that we are seeing hundreds of entries per private plot in the last lottery immediately rather than let the situation fester?

Even if the ward allocation is changed to 6 FC wards/18 private wards now, I can assure you there will still be sufficient plots to meet FC demand given most would have already secured one by now.

Four weeks this house has sat open. Clearly no FC wants it. Open to private buyers.
