They have already been transparent on why hrothgar is the way they are - multiple times. Their unique head design is where the problems arise. Each head has to be done individually as they all have different shapes. It was designed that way from the start. What more is he supposed to add? It's why the CM that posted in the initial hrothgar hair thread simply reposted that statement. There is most likely nothing new to show hrothgar players past what was said. The only thing new I suppose they could really add is whether they decided to keep going with earless styles or the lengthy wait for a proper hairstyle.

People keep going at it as if the issue at it's core hasn't already been addressed.
