Unable to download patch files

Hello,
recently I have been having issues with the game. At first when I logged in I would lose connection immediately. After awhile I looked up suggestions and most people said to uninstall and reinstall. I did that but I cannot finish re installing the game. It will download for a couple minutes and then the error pops up unable to download patch files 30413, 25008, 10009.
I looked up different suggestions on how to fix it and tried just about everything, but nothing has worked. Does anybody have any solutions to this.

Have you tried using a VPN to download the patches ?

Yes I did. It worked in the beginning, but then it stopped working.
