Lore-incorrect NPC names

Not sure if this has been raised before, or exactly where it should go, so feel free to correct me.

There are a handful of NPCs out there with names from the wrong clan, and it is still happening even with Endwalker NPCs so I wanted to ask if this is a process issue or something intentional.

Examples:

  1. Seekers of the Sun (with Moon character models)
     1. F'lhaminn Quesh
     2. C'intana
     3. H'amneko
     4. H'naanza
     5. J'lakshai
     6. M'hahtoa
     7. Z'napha
  2. Keepers of the Moon (with Sun character models)
     1. Kipih Jakkya
     2. Una Tayuun

There are also handfuls of characters with Duskwight models that are almost certainly canonically Wildwoods, most notably Ysayle Dangoulain. Is this officially addressed anywhere?

The division between Wildwood and Duskwight is only relevant for Gridanian elezens. Ysayle is from Ishgard, and the Ishgardian elezen never split up into different clans - or one could consider them a third clan if one wishes.
