I want the neighborhood feel -- we should have a shared laundromat that requires us to wash our glams. We can include vending machines with stale candy and small phasmascapes for a more stale feeling.

In seriousness, I would remove smalls and just put them into apartments tbh. Kind of like a townhome or something, put the demo timer (as if we're going to act as if it's turned on more often than not) and increase the prices to a small.
