Suggestions related to leveling and the Content related to it.

Most of my problems involve leveling, in most mmo's I have played I enjoy leveling to the exclusion of almost every other part of the game. But with so few options in this game for leveling mostly dungeons, bozja and, tribal quests I feel like theirs a real lack of world content or lets call it more relaxed leveling content that doesn't require a que.

I feel that the FATE system and Hunting logs massively underutilized by the developers as a fun way to create more interesting and varied leveling experience. I don't think FATES should offer as much or more then dungeons for example maybe 10-20% less on average (they may do this already I don't know). I would like to see more variety in the FATES as well as all we seem to have is kill x number of monsters, kill mini boss, or collect items for turn in... by killing monsters. Things like Group fates similar to bozja field bosses as well as escort missions or offensive missions to destroy an objective or more interesting defensive missions then the ones we currently have. They could also scale in difficulty based on the number of players so the time to complete could be relatively constant with 1 or 8 or 40 people.

I think the solo hunts could be expanded as well by making the hunts more rewarding.
but also making the monsters feel intriesting. For example a way this could work is the hunt bill sends you to a location where you wait and a monster shows up but its a mini boss with some simple avoidable mechanics.

I also think it would be nice to see ways implemented to level jobs we don't want to have to play too much (I know we all have them *CoughBLMCough*). For this I have 2 suggestions either providing a way through tomestones/gemstones/hunt currency to purchase an item that would allow you to gain level through its use or giving us the ability to "tag" a specific job and give it a small amount of xp whenever we complete content on another job. This would allow us to do more content on our favorite jobs while still making progress on that thing you don't want to have to play to level.

I also think removing the restriction on abilities when we are level synced would help with the above as well as making it more fun to get out into the world to do content on your main even as you progress your alt jobs. As well as making it FAR less unenjoyable to level synch down. I can see where this would cause a lot of issues with balancing like in Sastasha with a warrior tank with all his lv 90 abilities for example. but i think this will be worth it not only is it more fun for the tank I think it would also be fun for sprouts to be able to see a Confiteor combo or a Comunio in their dungeon or because someone just wandered by and helped them out.

These are my humble suggestions. Not all are new, but I have been really disappointed with the leveling content/world content and felt I needed to make some constructive criticism.

So bozja, eureka, savage content is made for you people. The World outside of these areas are not made for you people as FFXIV 1.0 was made for you people and the game failed and they had to remake the entire game and throw away the old game.

I think what you people should be whining about is possibly making the content that is made for you people harder the issue with that always with you people you all start whining how no one plays that content or a lack of people because the rest of the gamer base has nothing in common with you people. So if they changed the world to make it more for you people everyone would end up leaving like they did with WoW or any game that focuses on you people.

I like the idea of making fates more appealing at lower levels and making them scale better. Currently most leveling fates from 1-50 are pretty ok in terms of scaling but when you hit HW and SB they get scale really bad for no apparent reason. I think the mobs stats need to change dynamically with the amount of players participating in the fate to help alleviate the difficulty of mostly boss fates in HW and SB. I also think they need to implement a Bicolor gemstone system for the lower level areas with a different currency than what we currently have so people have a reason to go back and do other fates and encourage players that want to level in fates to do so. The rewards from gemstones need to rotate every so often so that you can still want to go back after you have all the items you want when a new set of items comes out, and I think that should apply in current content fates as well.

Low level hunts are ridiculously underutilized and honestly they need to remove the GC rank requirement to unlock hunts and make it part of the MSQ when you unlock GCs to be like oh, as a perk of being a part of the GC here is the hunt board where you can get the lower level hunts to go fight certain mobs in the wild for more exp. Then have the blue quests for the hunts unlock around times you would be going to your GC anyway for the MSQ so you would naturally upgrade them as you complete the MSQ. Continue that trend to level cap IMO as well.

As for the level sync, I think the better way to fix that is just push abilities to 1-50 so you have the majority of your kit by the time you hit 50 and them from 50-cap you can add a few things to flesh out the kit more and use traits to change the effects of abilities so that they are up to current level of abilities. For example, you can do similar to what WAR does with Inner Beast and Fel Cleave where you get Inner Beast at 35 and then get a trait later on that upgrades it to Fel Cleave so that you are already used to the skill and have it at low levels but now it is the stronger version later. Another example is how PLD gets Shelltron at 35 and it upgrades at 82 to Holy Shelltron. I feel like that would make the 1-50 experience a lot better and make it easier for higher level players to sync down and still have the majority of their kits available to them.

Yeah I just saw another post about making all abilities available at 50 I think that is an awesome idea . I didn't even realize hunts in are are locked feels so long ago lol but making that separate would be awesome.
