One of the mainfeatures in The Goblet is a fountain/swimming pool area in the middle - there are even NPCs in bathing suits hanging around.

Same goes for Ishgards housing district (which you can even enter without seeing any player housing if thats bothering you) - they have a swimming pool with sauna and even a little quest to tell you about it (the quest even warns you to put on swimwear for the cutscenes if you dont want your character to feel out of place).

If we count the housing areas as part of the cities both Ishgard and Ul'dah have some kind of bath (in addition to all those that have been mentioned before).

Roman baths were often a big part of their cities so it’s strange no city has a structure resembling this.

Someone mentioned Kugane already.

Ishgard's bath house is Snowsoak Springs in the Firmament/Empyreum; it features poolside lounge beds (which you can lie down on) as well as a sauna. It's even frequented by a certain "disguised" NPC.

There are several outdoor water furnishings you can /sit and /splash in such as ponds, portable pool, fountains, hingan hot spring and alpine bath. And if you're lalafell then there's the wooden bucket. Actually now I want to see if /waterfloat works but I think it doesn't.

My complaint is that you can't fish at more of these watery locations, or in outdoor furnishing ponds.

A lot of the suggestions here sound fun and I'll check out the few I haven't seen for sure xD. Still though, Kinda wish a big city had a prominent water feature.

Something like this, that quite honestly wouldve fit the Old Sharlayan Aesthetic real well, even if unfortunately the climate seems a bit cold, but in a place with a hotter clime and a similar vibe this would be awesome:

I have a nice swimming area sense my private home is beach front at Shirogane.
