Go over with your husband what might have happened. Scan for spyware and malware as well as viruses. Check https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if his email address is on the darkweb and compromised in anyway. Good luck

Appreciate the info! I know there isnt much anyone in the public space can do to help, I was looking for insight, which I received in spades (most helpful and some not-so-much). And while I understand that vitriolic people will inject themselves into situations to be rude to people for no reason in public spaces, I do not have to roll over and allow them to do so with no response. We have no way to scan for spyware on playstations, though I did run a few different scans on our home computer but nothing was discovered, however we will check the link and see if there is anything to garner. Thanks!
