    im a bit confused, i did the raid today the first time since last reset and after finishing it i have already 2/3 rewards without getting any.

    1 is the coin for the gear upgrade, 2 the crystal thingy for combat materia. The gear piece would be 3

    Momo answered, but yeah, 2/3 means that you beat it but didn't win any gear.

    1/3 would mean that you got a piece of gear but didn't beat the raid (rare unless you got kicked/disconnected, but still possible)
    2/3 would mean that you beat the raid but didn't get a piece of gear
    3/3 means that you beat the raid and won a piece of gear

    1/3 can also mean that you finished the raid but didn't get the coin because your inventory was full.
