As hard as it is to get a house. I've seen many that are not decorated or a few items put down. This is not acceptable there should be a neighborhood association whose members can have depilated houses owners kicked from the house. Yes there is auto demolition, but I've seen people log in just to keep a run down no use house. I love my house and don't want to live next to a shanty town like housing district with owners who don't care after winning a lottery. It's a shame.

This is why personal housing is dumb. It dilutes the community building wards are supposed to foster.

Neighborhoods are already desolate. Houses or not, won't fix the "community" aspect.

Also, some players *just* have the gil to get the house, and are probably saving for the remaining stuff. I had to do that, and I've had friends that had to do that.

Or, what if someone wants just grass? Grass good. Touch grass. It's nice.
