Steps:
1. I tried to get the achievement by equiping the 4 items in my character then went over to Jonathas at the falls to speak to him. When i did nothing happened except the menu for exchanging achievement points opened. After farming quite a while to scramble the seals to get the 4 pieces of gear i find this somewhat underwhelming
