Crash at almost everything now! T_T

Hello

some weeks ago im having crash everytime i want to play 6.1 MSQ. My friend suggested me to report it as bug report since they say it's DirectX error. So i report it and got reply from one of the SE Customer Support, suggesting me to do some stuff. I did all the suggestion even uninstall the game and reinstall again (well except install in the same driver since back then i really have no memory left on the C Drive and never once have problem playing the game in my external SSD). Now the game crash sooo soooo baaaaad, sometimes with error code that gone so fast (but i read there's directx) and sometimes no error code.

Enter trial? crash. Walking around limsa ? crash. Watch cutscene at inn? crash.

I've been playing for 2 years, using this SSD and NEVER once i crash THIS BADLY. I feel so sad, why i even reinstall the game following the suggestion. if this makes the game unplayable at all... Please help.

Does the game crash in a specific area in game? Additionally does this occur when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running or are there additional programs running along side it?

The first character is crashing when enter trial. And now i can’t play that one. The second character is randomly crash, sometimes in Limsa, sometimes when watching cutscene.
And yes ffxiv is the only program that running.

If the crash is a DirectX issue I had the same problem. Crashed like 1 time per hour. (A Fatal DirectX error has occurred (11000002)

Install windows updates and graphic card updates, or reïnstall the graphic card driver if there is no update.

Installed a new graphic card update from nvidia yesterday and the problem seems to be solved.

I would like to recommend performing a Clean Boot on the desktop to see if the crashing continues. This will prevent any programs from starting up when the starting when the computer first boots up. This can end up having adverse effects on the game when these programs are running in the background. To perform a clean boot for Windows 10: Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
