    Cant get into EU servers at all

    Hey
    After the technical issues in Chaos (which was 2 days ago), I find it impossible to connect the EU servers.
    I can get into all the other data centers to make a new character and play but not Light and Chaos.

    It gives me Error 2002 .

    Anyone else have this problem? Or anyone who can please help me here?

    Can I get some addition information regarding the issue you’re having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
