PS5 controller on PC prompts to 'Edit Hotbar' without intent

I have very shaky hands so I need to use controller input to be able to play with my friends, but mid-combat I frequently am forced to stop playing because I press the L2/R2 trigger and the touchpad at the same time. Is there any way to disable this feature or at LEAST the touchpad itself? This has been a problem for a while and I just can't deal with it anymore.

You can use a program called DS4 windows which use to be used to emulate the xbox 360 controller. In the settings you can change what the touchpad does or even disable it. It's the only way that I know how to do what you're asking.
