When will we be able to change our eye color with Aesthetician?

Will this ever be a thing? I remember long long ago someone said that we'd be able to edit our eye colors in the Aesthetician or was this a troll/rumor?

I did not use a fantasia to change my eye color just for others to be able to do it with gil! :P

I don't remember them ever saying that, but I've always been in support of being able to change everything at the aesthetician saving only race/sex changes for fantasia. It would be more fair for hrothgar players, and keeping it limited to "things you could do at an actual beautician" seems like a weird place to uphold realism in a game with all the silly outfits and mounts we have by now.

I'd rather have it that we could wear a different hairstyle with each glamour plate if so desire. Associate a hairstyle with a certain glamour plate, just like you can link a plate to a particular class. That way I can wear long or short hair depending on the outfit and clipping issues. Changing eye color in game, I don't think I'd use that much if they did implement it.

Some hair colors don't go with certain eye colors at all. It would be very welcome if we would be able to change it without having to use a fantasia.
Same with skin tone, I mean they don't have to give us the full palette, just the line we picked would already work.

Never gonna happen they make bank with people paying up just to change minor things like that...

I don't remember them saying that, but if it was said at any point, it was likely when they mentioned the in-progress updates to character creation, which we won't see for a few more patched yet, could be anywhere between now and 7.0

Heck Glam Prisms could even work.
Glam Prisms can basically explain most things in regards to appearance, we've seen them create illusionary mountains ( start of SB ) and more.
