FL changes should encourage and require teamwork and not reward lone wolfing. Lone wolves shouldn't be queuing for team-based games.

Now, this I really strongly disagree.
If someone is able to lone wolf in a team-based game, especially this patch where everyone get to spam CC, that is a talent.

The number of times I punched a hole in the enemy lines with Sky Shatter only for my team to back off to watch safely from Western Thanalan or because fighting is scary. Trying to create opportunities for my team leads to a significant portion of my deaths. I do better when I assume it's every man for himself.
