make sure you are on the right server, in the right housing district, and check you didn't get ward and plot backwards. I haven't herd of anyone else having issues getting their gil back at all the last few rounds.

Well, clearly. And this thread is also showing that people want to jump from homeless into a medium, which under this current system is like trying to do the latest savage in Moonward.

The biggest questions SE need to ask is "what do these people want their house for?" followed by "why aren't apartments working" followed by "how can we provide this to everyone who wants it".

Mixed results; the company we are in won its medium free company house (only bidders on it, because Goblet ) but my husband lost out on his bid for a small personal house in Kugane; there were 36 other bidders so no surprise really.

My result is "not clicking a placard non-stop for 12-24 hours and not winning."

Instead, I click a placard once, whenever I feel like it and come back later and collect my gil. I also get to keep my sanity. Much better system. We can't all be winners though.
