Loading map and NPC problems

Since the last patch I have serious problems with the game right now. I recently buy the game in PS4 and I was playing just for 2 days (everything went normal), but the maintenance time arrive so I wait until next day to download the update. Then I log in and try to play and every time i go to another place i have to wait for like 1-2 minutes, also the NPCs and the people in the map take too long to load. I don't know if it is my PS4 but i need an answer because I just bought the game and i want to enjoy the 30 free days, but now I spend more time waiting for things to load than playing and it isn't really enjoyable.

Just to clarify a bit more on the situation, have you attempted to delete the character saved data on the PlayStation 4 to see if this may resolve the issue? (Settings > Storage > Saved Data) Additionally, have you attempted to clear your Browsing History and Cookies, from 'Internet Browser' on the device?
