    My FFXIV Launcher is having a "connection error" and won't let me log in.

    I've been having this issue since yesterday (06/07), I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it has not changed at all.

    My friends can play and I've not seen much with people having this issue, so I haven't seen any fixes for it. I just sent a ticket to the support.

    This is due to some weird changes happened to Windows IE settings.


    Open Internet Properties from start menu.


    Go to Advanced


    Scroll down and uncheck both:


    "Check for Publisher's certificate revocation"
    "Check for server certificate revocation"


    reboot computer.
