    Help please. Launcher Error Unable to complete version check

    I have been trying to get this to work all day and I feel like
    I've tried everything but it's not working. I can get the
    launcher to open but if I try to login I'm showed:
    Unable to complete version check. [30410][30607]
    [10009][19900] [12030]
    I honestly have no clue what to do to the point where I
    tried just completely restarting my computer and
    reinstalling the game and it's still not working. Can
    someone please help. It was working fine yesterday
    before maintenance

    I'm having the same problem. I've tried every "fix" that the internet would pull up, even going back to ancient versions of the launcher. Fine yesterday, can't play a game I'm paying for today...

    If someone tells me to restart my computer or my router again, I'm just going to unsubscribe. Seriously, Square Enix, what's the problem?
    Editing the boot file, using a VPN, changing DNS server...
    You already have my money, can I please have what I paid for without having to go through all of this crazy crap?

    Maybe you could try this, it's what helped a lot of us in the same situation

    What Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)
    Wired or WIFI connection?
    Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
    When the issue occurs/How often?
    Does this only happen to one character or all characters?

    I'm having same issues since seven days because of this stupid launcher update and cannot play ........ Thinking on making refund claim about this situation since it's unacceptable ........
    We're paying for subscription couldn't play since maintenance ...... Wake up please .....

    Follow the links in the post that Vautravers posted and if you are on Windows 7, then the issue should be resolved.
