Chroma Linkshell - EU based english speaking linkshell.

Have about 18 members but only ~7-8 max at any one time hence we'd like to see more people.

Most of us are pretty well geared but we're just starting out at things like Garuda/CC/AV so we're kind of learning the ropes at the moment. Looking for people who have some experience with those kind of things (not necessarily wins) and are reasonably geared, competent, and up for making some progress.
