Leve turn in at Old Sharlayan does not give options to turn-in the leve

Steps:
1. Accept a leve from the NPC (Grigge). Any leve is fine they all behave the same.
2. Try to turn it in by selecting the turn in NPC (Ahldiyrn)
3. None of the options, except "Cancel" appear on the bubble.

Exact same problem after 6.2 in Foundation with NPC Fionnuala, turning in tradecraft levequests.

It's also happening to me in Kugane with NPC Chantine.

same trouble at The Crystarium with Moyce. Can't turn in levequests.

Well, hopefully they fix this issue sooner or later. I am having the issue as well

Same is happening to me, I can't turn in the level 86 BSM levequests to Ahldiyrn in Old Sharla. I get the same 'Cancel' option, and that's it.

Happens with Syele in Mor Dhona for level 45 tradeleves - if you have more than one tradeleve to turn in to her.

If you only have a single tradeleve to turn in, Syele will do her usual dialogue and let you complete the leve.

I had 14 leves to turn in to Syele. At first I thought the menu just couldn't handle the length of tradeleves to choose from.





After abandoning them all and then accepting and turning in one-by-one (lots of Teleport) I was able to complete them all.



Other "turn in" NPCs for the level 45 tradeleves in Uldah, Limsa, and Gridania seem to work - they show their "completeable" tradeleves, I can select one, and then hand in the item.

But I don't seem to have permissions to reply. I don't know if my case with Syele is an unfixed Syele bug from 2013, some new bug from 6.2, or if something changed in 6.2 uncovered the same bug Syele has for multiple NPCs.

This problem has been reported on Valefor in the JP forums, as well.

I can't deliver even if I receive a guild leve in Old Sharlayan ... If you right-click and bring up the delivery window, only "Cancel" is displayed
