connection to the server was lost 90002

Since I have updated to the new 6.15 patch. I receive this message every time I try to log a character in. I'll get the loading screen but there is no sounds or music that usually starts to play. I just get the connection to the server was lost 90002 after 15 seconds or so.

I'm running on a laptop with an
i7-10750 cpu
RTX 2060
I am on a wireless connection.
Only firewall is the Windows firewall.

As a truck driver I drive all over and use many truck stops wi-fi. Some are better than others but I've been able to connect with the game for many months until today. I've restarted my computer several times and disconnected and reconnected with the wi-fi several times. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated

edit 1: I got to where my character started waking up and then got the connection to the server was lost 90002.

edit 2: I was able to get on and play around for a few minutes at a different place in a different state. Yesterday was in Indiana and now I am in Kentucky. The connection at the place today was objectively worse but I was able to get on there so don't know what happened yesterday.
