Can't delete a character

Recently my account got compromised, and the hacker created a character I didn't create. I got my account back and since then I've tried to delete the character, only for each effort prompting "The lobby server connection has encountered an error. (3085)". I am able to log into the character, but unable to delete it. Please help!

same issue for me. account was compromised now i cant delete this new character.
