Hello to anyone that can assist me with this horror please,
So since I tried logging into the game this morning, I keep getting this error code in the title(UNABLE TO COMPLETE VERSION CHECK 30410 30607 10009 19900 12030) after I try to log in with my username, password and one-time-key-pass thingy.
So naturally, I went to Google and looked up people having the same issue, usually they have all different number sets, some had the same first 2 number sets as me, but then their numbers after were different.
I literally tried EVERYTHING possible, basic things like restarting my computer, unplugging and restarting my router, opening up the CMD prompt and typing in the DNS flush and other DNS flush inputs. I tried going into the game client folder and changing the numbers from 0 to 1 for certain parts as typically listed in "fixes" for this issue.
I also just got off the phone with Verizon FiOS, who are my ISP. I changed my router settings to include the forward port ranges of...
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
with the tech help and restarted my router and computer again, did not work.
I also went into the setting for Internet Explorer and made sure I followed these changes below and upgraded to the latest IE and NOT the latest "Edge" since I know the game uses internet from IE.
"Ensure that the latest version of Internet Explorer is installed on your PC (even if you don't use Internet Explorer), please do not use Edge as that is a different internet platform. Once Internet Explorer is up-to-date, please open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
Under the "Privacy" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or to "Allow All Cookies"
Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED.
[SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
Please RESTART your PC now.
Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
I also tried logging into the game using my phone as a mobile hotspot, and that did not work either. I also tried deleting the entire game and re downloading it, still not working...
I also do not have any virus or malware protection, however I did download a temporary one to delete some stuff it detected, restarted my PC and then I deleted the malware protection to make sure that would not interfere, still did not work...

When I try to follow what they say to do, it does not come up correctly, and if it is coming up correctly I am not sure I am changing the numbers correctly and I do not want to mess anything up since I know changing info in the registry editor can cause PC issues.
My PC is old, I got it when 1.0 came out back in late 2010 and have been playing this game for 11 years strong. I love this game and don't want to have to buy a new PC just to play it and it's driving me crazy that I cannot get this right, I have been working on this since 8:30 a.m., 9 HOURS NOW! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! T^T
ALSO, my windows is windows 7, I have not done any PC upgrades, system update or anything of the sort. The last time I was able to log in was 2 days ago, last Sunday evening. This is so stressful, ugh........
