I Turned Off All Player Chat Channels (i.e. Whisper, Yell, Party, Mentor, etc.)

I turned off all chat when first started playing as Level 1. Now need to turn selected channels back on (e.g. Party, Whisper), but can't find screen to enable it. Square Enix Support suggested opening ticket to Game Master "Bug Report" category for assistance. Can anyone here just tell me how to get to the screen that allows players to toggle chat channels on/off? The online documentation is taking me in circles.

At the bottom and then right of your chat box, there is a gear icon. Click it and then choose the tab you want to modify. Then check the channels you want to show in it.

Well duh! My intuition failed miserably. I looked all over those cogwheel options I swear. In defense of the defenseless, the box that I toggled them all "Off" from looked nothing like that. I saw it twice. When I first subscribed earlier this year, then again last week when I resubscribed. It just popped up on the screen as I entered the game, I didn't call it up. Those tricky devils!
