What exactly was wrong with the letter? It gave us exactly what they said it was giving. The results of the players poll. what were you expecting to see that was promised and not delivered?

Nothing about new races or new classes which was on the poll. also was really all anybody care about the result being

Just because they asked a question about this, that automatically means they're releasing new races and classes and they're going to announce them in this letter? Anything big and major like that is going to be announced at E3 or later, if it happens.

You've lept so far to your conclusion it's like leaping from one side of the grand canyon to the other.
