I was on old, so I change to new and it work.
I have done this many times in the pass if the launcher is not working, switch to the other layout first before seeking DirectX support or looking up any other errors (even if it says its a DirectX error).
Yeah, I tried with the older version of the launcher but get the same error codes. =(
