Problem is that they make this game use alot of support actions based off of other Jobs. This is also why gameplay the way it is cus its really needs you to level everything in order to progress threw the hard content. It's mainly cus they dont define the Jobs well enough to be based around content. Also Job switching is big cause of unbalanced gameplay. What I mean is staying 1 Job halve way threw a raid then changing to something else that can handle the next bit of the raid.
So lock people's class and jobs once they enter the instance. It's not something that world-changing to implement and would help the devs balance content appropriately. Speed runs still need to go and never return, though. And dungeons should be a little more than running around to beacons.
