I believe gatherer parties should be under the similar rules as disciples of war and magic parties ones.

While in party, every gatherer receiving a fraction of the skill points and experience point. If they are at party bonus range, they would receive the full fraction of exp/sp as if they were solo. If not, they will have exp/sp penalty. The frraction should be solo exp/sp multiplied by a party members modifier (1.X, where X is the number of members) and then divided by the number of members.

Example: If we are in a party of 2 members and solo you would receive 500 exp and 200 sp, in party each member would receive 300 exp and 120 sp each. The exp/sp would be affected by each member's rank, obviously, just like DoW and DoM.

People would think its bad, but its not since in the end you would have several members gathering at same time so everyone would receive their fractions very often.

Also, for guildleves, with this system the leve-linking and leve-sharing would be able to make a return since the abuse would no longer be possible.

About leves, they should also add the difficulty option, like battlecraft leves, so they wouldn't be too bad if you have bigger parties. I'd suggest the default 3 objectives as 1 star, 5 at 2 stars, 7 at 3 stars, 9 at 4 stars and 11 at 5 stars. This way even a large party would be able to receive a good amount of exp/sp from guildleves, also allowing players with a bit more rank than the area to do it at bigger difficulty for a more worthy gain.
