If you ban them often enough to make their operation not profitable they won't be coming back.Well thing is banning bots from Eureka won't stop bots coming back to Eureka.
Removing bunny fate from Eureka won't stop bot coming back to Eureka as long there is other content that give good amount of gil.
Removing all gil rewards from Eureka can stop bots coming back to Eureka but then they move to other high gil gain content.
And as long players keep buying gil and other services with real money from RMT bots, the bots will always be problem in FFXIV.
So if you want there be less bots in any content is by banning players who buys gil and other services with real money from RMT bots or if you want get rid of bots completley is by making everything untradeable between players that bots don't have anything to sell to other player for real money but this is something that no one wants and it pretty much never happens.
You can't infinitely increase Gil prices because people have a certain threshold that they are willing to pay. At some point, it won't be profitable enough for the bots to continue Gil farming. First off, a bot has to break even and level up an account in order to farm Gil. Eureka bots have to be over level 70, level up their elemental level and on top of that, they have to farm around 100 million Gil to break even. That should take at least a week or two to do all of that.
If bots don't last that long they CAN'T be profitable.

Also don't forget that most bots uses stolen credit card info to buy the new game + all expansions license and X amount of game time, so bots pretty much are always profitable even if did sell gil and other serives for loss when they didn't spend their own money.
Unless there's enough demand there won't be a profit for the bot farmers. Supply and Demand. The goal is not to eradicate RMT, but to reduce it.You know there always be people who are willing paying any price for gil and other services that RMT bots are selling.

Easy solution is to stop RMT at its source by eradicating known bot farms, causing the gil prices to skyrocket and make players not want to buy the gil at inflated prices.
Eureka easily makes up over 50% of RMT gil in the game due to how easy it is to obtain, a single character botting for 24 hours could easily make 10m a day. Multiply that by 40... and you have one of the most profitable bot farms in the game.
