I'm in England and it is hard getting a party for these and caravan quests

I haven't bothered reading the last letter, but from what I heard we'll be able to do all caravans regardless of our GC.
Should hopefully make it easier to get groups.
Well... as long as we don't get reduced seal rewards from doing it in another region at least.
