Reason: Thursday, May 26 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT). I placed my bid on a Med house in the new area it said to check on the 31 of May to see my results I did and it still says its in Progress even tho I checked on the plot and shows that someone else got it, I did not receive a message saying that I lost the lotto nor did I get my gil back from it, it still shows that its in progress and I can not bit on any plots at this time since I'm still linked to the plot I bid on now a lot of time has gone by to try to get myself a house on the game and I can not seem to do it since I'm still locked into the bid as compensation from the game I think I am entitled for a Med house in the new area since I am still locked in a bid im not released from due to the lotto system of the game not working properly when it was released thank you
