Paglth'an dungeon. Unexpected error occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV (17)

I encounter this error whenever I want to enter duty dungeon "Paglth'an"

I can login using my other character that is in other map. But my main character is doing Paglth'an for MSQ. How do i finish the game if i cant do this dungeon?

This happen both with other players or with NPC (ysthola, alphinaud, etc).

EDIT:
After reinstalling the whole game and everything is default. I can login with my main character and go inside and finish Paglth'an dungeon.

After that i change some resolution settings of the game and download character UI HUD settings from character cloud feature.

Not too long after I continue the MSQ goes to Rising Stone and I encounter this Unexpected error occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV (17) again when i want to go inside the Rising Stone door. It crash on the loading screen.

I do not know what to do. Can please advise?

I have tried to login using other character and its fine.
