CC's problem with CC

Try playing DNC.

Zero Damage, Zero defense, One stun which is easily purified and is a big "Kill/Stun me" billboard on its long cast time. And is at most used once per CC.
Its role is to buff someone whos always dead or on the other side of the map. Nothing more. We don't exist beyond being a free kill.

Dancer is guard breaker and need to work with team on call out
It looks to me you are playing it wrong.
