Why is this even a thing? The last few times I've encountered overtime, my team had been dominating the entire match, stuck at 90+ progress vs the other team's 0-10 progress, and overtime changes everything. Having the crystal be so close to the other team's base where they're constantly rezzing and we're having to stay put and try to keep them out of the crystal is a HUGE disadvantage. Eventually everyone runs out of MP and heals and dies, leaving the other team to regroup and somehow manage to push the crystal all the way to our end after being dominated the entire rest of the match? That makes no sense.

One match, we sat there trying to keep them out for SEVEN MINUTES without dying before we finally succumbed to the sustained pressure, and were unable to recover.

TLDR there needs to be some sort of time limit for overtime so that the primarily dominant team isn't automatically at a huge disadvantage at the start. A team shouldn't be able to push you out just because they can chain rez right next to where you're being forced to defend
