Dev team, please fix the healer role

I feel like a good reason for us having very few DPS abilities/spells, is that if we had a more complex DPS rotation with combos, GCDs, and oGCDs, there would be people prioritizing their DPS over healing people.

Then make us actually heal and don't make healer DPS required and mandatory at all oh my god I'm going to go insane if I see this garbage one more time
