Gathering / crafting planner?

In leveling my new summoner, I periodically craft a whole new gear set for him. Keeping track of everything to gather, collect, craft is a major pain, so I've reverted to a spreadsheet.
First section: All the raw materials with quantity needed, location or source, coords, quantity on hand. After filling in the list, I can sort it by location, to make it easier to grab everything from each location without missing one.
I highlight the rows where I've gathered all the materials with light blue.

Second section: The intermediate crafts, from the recipe tree. Get everything ready to avoid walking down the crafting trees to avoid walking down the trees while making each item.

Third section, the item names, quantities, and slot. I copy the names into the craft search instead of having to remember them or look them up on the MB.

It's tedious, but saves time overall, and reduces mistakes like running out of certain materials. Seems that there should be a website to do the same, but I can't find one.

- Shows list of materials needed depending on craft and can filter it by self-sufficient (If you want to hand gather all of the mats) or not.
