If yout surpassed the time limit to claim funds back, then they are lost, that mean if you get into the next lottery period without having claimed your gil back, same it does if you won, but did not pick up the house before next lottery.

But I don't know if you have been hit by an actual bug.

Are you sure you're at the right house? Someone in NN had the same issue last week and when I suggested they try different wards they discovered they'd been at the wrong house trying to collect gil they didn't actually put down. Go do the rounds, and make sure you're trying to collect from the house you actually bid on.

The time limit is 90 days to collect refunds, which nobody should be hitting yet.

I think you can "Ctrl U" to bring up timers and double check the plot under state. Just to be sure you didn't head to the wrong ward

It is at the placard for 90 days according to SE.

I guess, double check you are on your correct world, and also double check the screenshot (I hope) you took of the entry dialog when you deposited the money.

Short of that a support ticket as it's possible zero + not collecting before June 1 = an extra bug that means you lost your deposit.

Are you certain you didn't collect your refund when you first went to check the placard and got the "better luck next time" message? Many players automatically accepted it, assuming it meant they lost before details of the bug started getting released.

Also, my understanding from the Lodestone information (I could be wrong) is that the plot information should remain in your Estate timers until you collect your refund.
