Chocobo Racing Update

I would like updates to chocobo racing.

It's never had major content updates.

Ideas for an update -

Course shuffle. Currently, when you're a certain rating, only that rating's "course" will appear and R300 birds will never race on an R240 course. Each rating has a different layout of hazards. I would like to see this randomized.

Weather. What if the course adapted to the changing weather? Something like Heat Waves in Sagolii Road should spawn Fire Sprites. What if Ixal in air balloons rained bombs onto the track in Tranquil Paths? What if The Garlok left its lair and came onto the track in Costa del Sol? Even something as simple as the stamina/boost pads changing for the weather would be interesting.

New maps. We could race through the Dravanian forest or Mourn and Sohm Al. We could race across Coerthas or Mor Dhona. Or we could link together all the maps for 1 giant marathon map, with extra stamina pads to account for its length.

Yes! For the surprising amount of detail they went with for Chococo Breeding back then, the end result for racing them got boring fast once you got done with the challenges.

Yes please! Chocobo Racing is fun, and it deserves more attention. Imagine if it received an overhaul the way PvP recently did, with new courses and improved mechanics, maybe a similar "season" system with unique reward tracks. It's really sad that even during this Make It Rain event, I don't see many other players participating in Chocobo Racing.

Those all sound amazing. OMG, I just realized Ul'dah is a giant circle, it's basically built like a racetrack! It totally needs to host a "Running of the Birds" event!

Some "flying" races could be nice too ; could even update the stats to add that.

But I guess old content is dead content ; the dev that made it probably left and nobody know how to change it...
