Glamour Dressers for apartments & Free Company Rooms!

I'm sure I've requested something like this before and people have said why it can't be done but what about for apartments and Free Company Rooms? Surely this will not cause collapse of any server or any real issues since they are instanced and only can be used by the owner. I think it'd be more convenient then going to an Inn. Thoughts?

It apparently can crash the server even on an instance. That's why they haven't added it. Houses are instanced just like apartments and FC rooms.

Edit: I see what you mean though with only the owner being able to edit. Maybe they don't wanna release housing items that can only be used in certain building types. Or maybe a single person can do it, I dunno if you could move the dresser while it's open yourself, since IIRC that's what causes the crash.
